In this semi-weekly Zoom meditation group, we explore the parallels between music and meditation practice, and discuss how the two paths have the potential to enhance and inform one another.

Go deeper with a series of personalized, One-to-One coaching sessions where I will guide and support you in building a sustainable meditation practice. This is a safe space to practice together and receive direct feedback on questions you may have about the insights and challenges that arise as you sit and become more familiar with the texture, patterns, and habits of your own mind. I will share what I have learned in over ten years of dedicated mindfulness study and practice, as well as some of the wisdom shared with me from teachers and mentors along the way.
